Bonefish Blonde Ale

Our lightest and brightest brew, Bonefish Blonde Ale, stands on a delicate bready body with a pale golden hue. Gingerly hopped from start to finish with Washington’s most quintessential Humulous Lupulus, Cascade. It evokes subtle evergreen and citrus aromas and flavors in the most unimposing way. Carefully crafted to create a universally agreeable and balanced ale experience without a hint of thinness, the blonde is the best place to start in the precession of beer sampling at Flycaster and arguably the most accessible (as well as sessionable) brew in the lineup.

Yakima River Red Ale

The perfect marriage between caramel malt sweetness and crisp hop spicing, the Yakima River Red Ale boasts the best of both worlds. Crimson-autumn-amber in color, the Northwest style Red is a true beauty to behold and imbibe all year round. Chinook hops infuse a sharper and spicier bitterness to balance out the malty backbone of this brew. Amarillo rounds the finish, imparting glowing warmth from both the diversely roasted gain notes and dry hop presence. A hearty tribute to the rustic and bountiful environment we reside in.

Rocky Ford IPA

Arguably the most consumed beer style in the highest hop-producing region in the world, the India Pale Ale transports us across the Cascade mountain range to the valleys of Yakima where many a new-world hop flourishes every summer. The Rocky Ford IPA combines all elements of this beloved style into one flavorful, hop blasted beverage. Light honey in color the body is comprised of pale, pilsner and crystal malts to support the strong hop character with an initial touch of bready sweetness and with rye grains to infuse a spicy dryness to the finish. Tenacious, yet clean bitterness is achieved through generous Magnum additions throughout the boil. The advent of Cascade and Citra boost the flavor and aromatics of the brew to the status of hop juice, with grapefruit and tropical notes dominating. A healthy dry hopping of Simcoe and Citra post fermentation succeeds in creating an opulently oily and resinous addition to the brew, as well as an equally floral and citrus bouquet for the nose to indulge in. This bitter ale will leave a lasting impression on the mind and the pallet and is sure to provide respite for anglers retiring from a day on the river.

Parachute Porter

Deceptively dark in coloration with a relatively light build, while maintaining a balance of roasted, malty and dry body notes, the Parachute Porter is a dark beer lover’s delight and yet extremely accessible to those wary of midnight hued brews. Presenting a spectrum of subtle dark toast and caramel sweet grain flavors, the gravity of this porter weighs in right at the median of the style guidelines and creates an incredibly drinkable beer despite its obsidian appearance. Spicy Chinook hops lightly counteract the inherent sweetness, while still giving way to the subtle coffee, cocoa and roasted notes the diverse grain bill imparts. A clean, semi-dry finish assures the drinker that this inky ale can be enjoyed throughout the dark and light seasons.

Hopper Pale

Superbly refreshing and extremely
quaffable, the Hopper Pale Ale aims to
please the Pacific Northwest pallet in the
most natural way. As the middle child, it
bridges the gap between Blonde and IPA
while standing alone as the most balanced
of the hop forward recipes. Golden straw in
color, the clean bitterness from Magnum
boil hops rounds off any initial light
sweetness presented by the presence of
caramelized Crystal grains. Cascades
provide the foundation for the distinct
Amarillo aroma and finishing hop load. A
pleasant combination of floral, grassy and
citrus notes, the Hopper leaps up to share
its vivid hop flair before gradually retreating
leaving a clean, crisp finish.
